ICE cotton up on planting delays, U.S. data, post weekly gain

NEW YORK, May 3 (Reuters) – Cotton futures
rose on Friday to post their first weekly gain since March, as U.S.
plantings delays prompted worry over upcoming supplies and as
stronger-than-expected U.S. government economic data supported commodities and financial markets.
